Invited by the pastor, 5%.
Youth camp/event, 4%.
Through the Sunday School, 4%.
Physical Healing, 5%.
Death of a relative or friend, 4%.

Other, 16%.

“People don’t care what you believe if they don’t believe that you care.” The corollary is also true: “When people believe that you care, they care about what you believe!” (Winning Friends for Christ, p. 45.) Do you care?

On Tuesday, December 15th, twelve members of Holy Trinity met in the church office. Following a delicious dinner provided by Stephanie Dinkel, Mary Jane May and JayAnn Wallace, we were introduced to Dave King, the new Director of “5 and 2.”
Pastor Burmeister and Dave King spoke of the wonderful miracles of ministry happening in the Tampa Circuit. They told us about a work¬shop planned for January 23rd, which is designed to equip us and get us excited about participating in a whole new approach to ministry.
They urged us to join with other churches of the Tampa Circuit on January 23rd, 9:00am until 3:00pm. Mr. John Riegner from Lutheran Hour Ministries will lead us in a workshop for everyday witnessing. This workshop will take place at Messiah Lutheran Church. Catch the train and put some fun into your life, while “infecting” others with the Word of Christ! If you are interested in attending the workshop, please call the church office. If you are interested in attending and cannot because you need a ride, just call the church office and we will coordinate a ride for you.

There has been quite a “buzz” about author Keith Knecht’s recently published book titled “Zahwu.” This is an adventure story of Africa; an enjoyable and fun read for all ages. We have asked Keith to provide some copies of his book in the church office. Call or come to the church office to pick up your copy; they are only $10.00 each.

A Cardio Pulmonry Resuscitation and Red Cross First Aid class will be held in the Fellowship Hall on Saturday, January 16th from 10:00am until 12:00 noon. If you are interested, please call Maxine Williams (831-6795) to sign up.
